I am a Bioinformatician and I work at Sanger Institute as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Dr Tim Hubbard's research group. I am interested in correlation between genomic (regulatory) sequences and gene expression patterns.
I awarded my first PhD in pure mathematics in 2004 from Ahvaz University and then changed my interest to more applied sciences and awarded my second PhD in computational biology from The University of Warwick 2010.
